I went with THE TRAILERMAN in Brampton. Cheaper and faster. I tried to use the services offered here, but the prices were not competitive enough. I reviewed and received quotes from 3 hitch installation businesses and then U-Haul, which doesn't count as comparable competition in my opinion nor the representative of this business. These guys come highly recommended, and I'm sure they do a good job. However their price points were far above the competition. After reviewing the quotes provided, I see an substantial difference in the labour charges. The pricing on the parts were competitive if you might be looking to the do the install yourself.

Excellent customer service! I needed to get a roof rack for my car and they did a great job installing my crossbars, thanks to Lena, Nicola, Jeanelle who helped me getting the proper roof rack and thanks to Glen/Mike who installed it. Would highly recommend to come here!

Went to Hitch City after they were the top search result on google for a bike rack. Didn't know exactly what I was looking for but Jeanelle was amazing and helped me get exactly what I needed. Top notch service is hard to come by these days so thank you so much Jeanelle!!

Their pricing was really really competitive. Excellent place to get parts for your pick up, the staff are super friendly, there was one girl Jen, she was so nice and accommodating. Worth a visit for the excellent customer service.
